August 14, 2023 - UPDATE
Rhinebeck Bank launched its new digital banking platform this morning and it’s time to download the new app so you can access your account and many new features on your tablet or phone.

Desktop / Laptop Users: To access your account from your desktop or laptop, please click on the blue “online banking” button (upper right section of this page) as you always have, enter your current ID and password and you will be guided through registration.
Our dedicated team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have about our new platform. You can stop by any of Rhinebeck Bank’s 14 branches or call our Customer Solutions Center at (845) 454-8555, option 3.

We want to remind you of the timeline of important service interruptions and things to do in the coming week:
In order to receive important information about logging in and utilizing the new system, it's critical that we have your updated contact information now, or no later than August 11.
On Monday, August 14, you will be able to access our new digital banking platform via our website: RhinebeckBank.com. You will also be able to download our new app from your app store. We will provide you the app store links on August 14, so please be on the lookout for that important email!
We've made it easy for you to sign-on to the new Digital Banking Platform for the first time. Simply enter your current user ID and password and you will be guided through registration. After that, you’ll be able to take advantage of all the new and exciting features.

In just two weeks, digital banking will be better at Rhinebeck Bank! For the past two months, we've been telling you about exciting changes coming to our digital banking platform that will provide you with more services, more ways to save and the convenience of banking from your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Now, we'd like to give you a heads-up on when the switch takes place and the easy steps to start your new digital banking journey.
The new Rhinebeck Bank digital experience will be available on Monday morning, August 14th.
To help make the conversion from our current system to the new system as smooth as possible, below is the timeline of important service interruptions we’d like you to note:
July 24, 2023 - UPDATE
We're only weeks away (August 14th, to be exact!) from the launch of our new Digital Banking platform and we want to share another of its great features with you - Goal-Based Savings!

You have a lot of streaming, shopping, listening, viewing, and other online services right at your fingertips. But updating the payment method for so many services when you lose your card, replace an expired card, or open a new bank account is time consuming and frustrating.

Later this summer, when we launch our new digital banking platform, we’re including a feature called SavvyMoney, which gives you access to your credit score and credit report – for free – and you can access that information anytime from any device without impacting your credit score. Staying on top of your credit has never been easier!
